TASTING NOTES Nose: Candied peels, fresh plum, honey and maple syrup. Palate: Soft char, basil, more honey, a whiff of cigar, seaside fudge. Finish: A touch of red fruit sweetness develops later on the finish. DESCRIPTION A limited edition Bourbon from New York's Widow Jane, bottled for La Maison du Whisky. This is a 4 year old expression of their Wapsie Valley Bourbon, made with ingredients grown in New York State, including 70% Wapsie Valley corn, 25% malt barley and 5% rye.

Drink directly, not for pregnant women and children

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
