TASTING NOTES The pulpy initial nose is characterized by notes of agave and brioche. Slightly earthy, it becomes juicy, waxy, spicy with nutmeg and chocolatey. The elegant palate is fruity and fresh with plums. Enveloped in honey, the mid-palate is extremely spicy. The generous palate invites you with delicious flavours of a custard tart. A handful of peony and white lilac aromas appear as you breathe out. DESCRIPTION Transcontinental Rum Line Jamaica WP 2012 Navy was distilled on October 2012, this version was aged first in a tropical climate until November 2016 and then for almost a year in a continental climate. The very original initial nose unmistakably sets the tone for an aromatic and gustatory palette that requires careful observation to ensure none of its many surprises are missed. This propensity for mischief is just part of its charm. INFORMATION DETAILS ABV: 57.18%

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
