Details

Made from ripe Italian tomatoes, fresh garlic and basil. This aromatic sauce is designed specifically to suit the Sugo Tu Pizza Dough but you can also mix it up and use it as a pasta sauce!

Ingredients

Tomato pulp, Extra virgin olive oil, Sugar, Garlic, Salt, Water, Corn starch, Basil, Emulsifier (471e), Yeast extract, Xantham Gum.

Instructions For Use

1. FOR PIZZAS - Apply 75g - 90g of sauce directly onto the pizza dough in circular motions from the centre.
2. OTHER DISHES - Simmer sauce in a small pan, heat before serving.

Storage Instructions

Keep frozen. Once thawed keep refrigerated for 5 days. Do not refreeze.
