Freesia pears are not recommended for baking or cooking. Should only be eaten fresh with cheese. The unique colors of pears look great in salads.
Storage Instructions
South African pears are best stored at temperatures from 0oC to 4oC, kept at normal temperatures of 25oC. Pears will ripen after 1 to 3 days. Pear peels are easily bruised
