Kampot White Pepper is one of the few peppers in the world to be produced from fully ripe red grains. This production method is imposed on Kampot producers by the IGP designation. White Kampot Pepper is a rare, fine and delicate product. The skin surrounding the core is then very flexible and can easily be removed. The grains are then washed several times and are dried in the sun for 2 to 3 days depending on the sunshine. Unlike White Kampot Pepper, most white peppers in the world are produced from black pepper and therefore need to soak sometimes for several weeks in order to be able to remove the husk, thus giving white pepper a strong and unpleasant smell. White Kampot Pepper is distinguished by its creamy white to beige color and by its real aroma of pepper with a minty note.

Instructions For Use

On the palate, it develops an intense spicy taste with delicate notes of fresh herbs, eucalyptus, citrus fruits and rosemary. It can be ground fresh on grilled or steamed fish, or on oysters. White Kampot Pepper will spice up your sauces or broths. Not to mix White Kampot Pepper with other colors of pepper.
