TASTING NOTES Nose: The rye-like elements work well with the fruity, peppery contribution of the French oak. Palate: The part that's most reminiscent of the regular Dry Fly Triticale release, with vanilla, ginger and dried fruit. Finish: Fruit salad, cereal, cedar and a touch of blackcurrant. DESCRIPTION A special release of just 720 bottles of Dry Fly Distilling's triticale whiskey. Triticale is a rye-wheat hybrid grain, and no, we still can't think about it without thinking of quadrotriticale and tribbles taking over the Enterprise. Originally released as part of LMDW's 60th anniversary celebrations, this whiskey from Spokane, Washington has been matured for 4 years including a finishing period in French oak barriques that previously held Cognac.

Drink directly, not for pregnant women and children

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
