TASTING NOTES
Color: Intense and brilliant ruby red.
Nose: Very fresh and fruity, with aromas of small red fruits (raspberry, cherry, blueberry, and red fruit jam), mixed with spicy notes of green pepper, as well as very well-integrated woody nuances reminiscent of butterscotch.
Palate: The attack is fresh, with good volume and very soft and silky tannins, then we find the aromas of small red fruits on the nose, as well as spicy notes. The finish is very balanced and complex, with great persistence which reinforces the freshness .
DESCRIPTION
Aging: Half the vintage is matured in oak for 6 - 8 months to gives the wines its fruit-driven and complex style.
Serving temperature: 15-17° C

Storage Instructions
Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
