Details

TASTING NOTES Pale straw colour with greenish reflections, bright and clean. This is a Jerez style Fino: fresh, mineral and pungent on the nose with almonds and bakery notes. Dry and crisp on the palate, yet rich and with a full finish. DESCRIPTION Aged in American oak casks in the traditional “Soleras y Criaderas” system in Jerez de la Frontera. The location of the bodegas in the centre of the town provides perfect conditions for the ageing of the best Finos in the Sherry area. INFORMATION DETAILS ABV: 15%

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
