TASTING NOTES Dark red, brilliant, purple reflection, limpid. Nose on a register of leather and gray tobacco, very mineral. Flexible and balanced structure, straight. Fine and melted grains Aromas of plum, mint, minerality. Long final, can be drunk. DESCRIPTION In winter, temperatures below normal and a water deficit are recorded. Bud burst began in April, but vegetation did not develop due to rain and cold. The good weather of the second half of May facilitated the beginning of flowering for the earliest plots. Summer was not very hot. The month of July was characterized by good sunshine, light rains, but quite average temperatures, with some peaks of heat at the end of the month. The month of August is built inversely: the rains were important, the sunshine and the temperature were not very high. Harvesting alternates between rainy and bright days. INFORMATION DETAILS Grape Mix: 44% Merlot, 53% Cabernet-Sauvignon & 3% Petit-Verdot

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
