It has a moderate salty taste (not as salty as other dried fish) when grilled or fried, just dip it with a little chili sauce to create a unique and unforgettable flavor.

Instructions For Use

1. Fry in a pan: Cut into bite-sized pieces (no need to defrost), put the sun-dried pineapple fish in the pan (fry the meat side first, then the skin side), then add a moderate amount of cooking oil and fry over medium heat.
2. Fry in an air fryer: Cut into bite-sized pieces (no need to defrost), put the sun-dried pineapple fish in the air fryer at 200 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes depending on the air fryer, no need to add oil.

Storage Instructions

Store at -18 degrees Celsius or in the freezer.
