TASTING NOTES On the nose there are fruity notes of raisins, honey and a slight spiciness; the sip stand out hints reminiscent of dried fruit, dates and caramel. DESCRIPTION Pineau Rosè des Charentes is made from merlot and cabernet must, to which the fermentation process is blocked with the addition of cognac. Traditional product of some French regions, it is drunk fresh as an aperitif, or, in the case of this rosé version, aged for four years, also combined with cheeses or as a digestive after a meal. INFORMATION DETAILS ABV: 17.5%

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
