With the Pastis 1811, the Lemercier distillery pays homage to the founding year of the distillery in Fougerolles. The extremely smooth pastis convinces with a restrained sweetness and harmonious, spicy notes. An ideal summer drink! Since Lemercier has extensive experience with absinthe, wormwood and gentian were used in addition to the classic pasti ingredients such as star anise and licorice. In 1811, Pastis retained its independence and clearly differentiated itself. We recommend Lemercier Pastis 1811 not only because of its pleasant taste and its amber-colored cloudiness when water is added, but also because Lemervier offers an extremely good price-performance ratio. The name 1811 comes from the year the Lemercier family distillery was founded in 1811. This pastis, with an alcoholic strength of 45% is an homage to the history and experience of the family, and their expertise producing absinthe and spirit. Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
