TASTING NOTES Nose: Nice balance of the nose dominated by an elegant woody fragrance which gives off the delicious aromas of fruit, vanilla and honey. Palate: The woods structure a very controlled whole. The cane notes, although abundant, leave enough space for the exquisite expression of exotic and fruity notes. Final: The final is generous. DESCRIPTION Aged in oak barrels, it was assembled on February 08, 2017 in an oak barrel from Limousin. Approved in AOC on February 15, 2017 and bottled on February 20, 2017, its composition is as follows: - 40% barrels from French red oak aged on November 20, 2013; - 40% of barrels from American oak aged on July 30, 2013; - 20% 190 liter oak barrels aged on December 28, 2007. INFORMATION DETAILS ABV: 45%

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
