With a dessert like our rich, creamy and scrumptious Crème Brûlée, topped with caramelized sugar, you’ll hurry through your dinner just to get to dessert faster! Creamy flavours with just the right textures is completed with the signature caramelizing sugars to create the perfect Crème Brûlée.

Ingredients

Sugar, corn starch, brown sugar, whey, egg yolks, nonfat milk, cream, carrageenan, disodium phosphate, artificial flavor, tetra sodium pyrophosphate, beta carotene color, sodium caseinate (Milk), soy lecithin, BHA (a preservative). Contains milk, eggs, soy.

Instructions For Use

1. Pour 200ml of milk and 200g of whipped cream into a saucepan. Stir the cream powder with a whisk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook at medium heat with constant stirring for at least 1 min.
2. Spread the cream on 4 heat-resistant racks or cups, allow to cool slightly and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
3. Sprinkle with sugar and caramelize with a gourmet burner. OR Preheat oven grill to highest level. Sprinkle with sugar and caramelise for about 2 minutes on top of the rack. Leave crème to cool slightly and serve.

Storage Instructions

Store in a cool, dry place.
