ABOUT THE PRODUCT:

Our Gluten Free Vegan Egg Replacer is a simple, clean, and easy-to-use vegan baking essential. Great for muffins, cakes, cookies, quick breads and more!

INGREDIENTS:

Potato Starch, Tapioca Flour, Baking Soda, Psyllium Husk Fiber.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE::

To replace one whole egg, combine 1 tbsp Egg Replacer with 2 tbsp water. Mix well and let sit for 1 minute to thicken.For one egg white, combine 1 1/2 tsp Egg Replacer with 2 tbsp water; for one egg yolk, combine 1 1/2 tsp Egg Replacer with 1 tbsp water.

STOREAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Store in a clean, cool, dry and odourless place, away from direct sunlight. Do not freeze.
