3. WORKING HOURS

Employees work rotating eight-hour shifts and receive one day off per week. 

a. Ho Chi Minh City 

• Morning shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM 
• Mid shift: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM 
• Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

b. Hanoi 

• Morning shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM 
• Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM 

Specific schedules will be arranged according to the operational requirements of each store. 

4. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Aged between 18 and 50, with good physical health 
• High school graduate or above 
• Honest, proactive, punctual and responsible 
• Able to work rotating 8-hour shifts 
• Able to perform well under pressure and work overtime when required 
• English communication skills are required for supervisor, cashier and service positions 
• Supervisor candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in retail, restaurant operations or the F&B industry 

5. EMPLOYEE BENEFITS

• 30-day probation period 
• Monthly income from VND 7 million to VND 15 million, depending on position and experience 
• Full participation in social and health insurance in accordance with regulations, with social insurance contributions based on 100% of salary 
• Monthly KPI incentives 
• Overtime, public holiday and Tet compensation in accordance with labour regulations, with applicable rates of over 400% in certain cases
