Sausages from Bautzen is traditionally smoked on beech wood. Crunchy in the pork gut, enhanced with a balanced mixture of spices.

80% Pork, drinking water, nitrite curing salt (table salt, preservative E250), mustard seed, stabilizer: E262, E331, E450, spice extracts, glucose syrup, spices, acidity regulator: E325, thickener: E407, E412, food coloring E160c, beetroot, antioxidant: E300, E301, seasoning acidifier: E330, flavor, pig intestine, smoke.
Instructions For Use
Preparation in the pan: slowly fry the sausages with a little oil in a coated pan over medium heat until crispy. (Not too hot!)
Serving: Serve the sausages in the classic way with mashed potatoes, fried potatoes or French fries. To taste with Bautzner mustard, ketchup or spicy BBQ sauce.
