Saint Marcelin Fermier (80g)

A thermized cow's milk cheese, it offers a soft and creamy ivory-colored paste covered with a thin, white rind. With a slightly acidic taste with aromas of hazelnut accompanied by a woody scent, it is a small cheese produced in the Drôme, it should be eaten little ripened accompanied by a salad but it will develop all its typicity when it is smooth.
