Castellino Cherry Peppers Stuffed with Cheese (1.1kg)

The Castellino Piccadolce pepper is harvested in the middle of summer, when it reaches complete ripeness. After being carefully cleaned and seeds removed, it is left to marinate in vinegar and then filled by hand. The filling is made up of a tasty pecorino cream.
