Fish Sauce Nuoc Mam Tin Red Label (500ml)

A red labelled “Tĩn” fish sauce bottle is made by collecting the first valuable drops of “Nuoc mam nhi” – a term to call the first extraction of liquid from a fermented barrel. Being fermented with fresh silvery (black) anchovies and purified salt under a period of 24 months, the condiment stands out with its golden amber color and highly condensed body.
