Dalahouse spinach powder is made from 100% fresh pennywort, sustainably grown and harvested at Dalahouse farm in Lam Dong. We use advanced proprietary cold dried technology and ground the superfood at low temperatures to preserve its enzymes and nutrients. Spinach is an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin A, vitamin C and folate as well as being a good source of manganese, magnesium, iron and vitamin B2. Vitamin K is important for maintaining bone health.
