Pouligny Saint-Pierre Cheese (250g)

A natural-rind cheese made from raw goat’s milk. It has a shape of pyramid with soft, wrinkled, ivory-coloured, natural rind. When this dries out, the wrinkles deepen and gray, white and blue moulds gather. This traditional French cheese is named after the eponymous village. Nutty, creamy with notes of herbs and white wine.
