Abondance comes in the form of a wheel covered with a smooth rind that contains a supple and melting paste offering fruity flavors enhanced with a slight hint of salt with a nutty scent. French PDO cheese its name comes from its place of manufacture `` Vallée d'Abondance '' as well as the name of the dairy cow breed whose milk is intended for production.
