Ducs Gascogne Original Pork Terrine, glass jar 130g

On the occasion of our 60th anniversary, we are reissuing this terrine: it is the first recipe imagined by Gabriel Dubarry, founder of the family business in 1953. This recipe is the expression of good Gascon eating: quality ingredients, simple and accurate seasoning, ancestral skill and a few manufacturing secrets. This is what has been done, and will make the success of Ducs de Gascogne pâtés and terrines for a long time to come.
