St Môret is now manufactured at two sites in France: one in Périgord, the other in Maine-et-Loire. St Môret is a cheese specialty made from cow's milk, the recipe of which has not changed since its creation. Good milk enriched with cream and spiced up with a point of salt for a melting texture and a fresh taste.
