Villani Salami Felino IGP (80g)

Made from selected Italian pork, placed in a natural gut casing and hand-tied. Seasoned with salt, whole-grain black pepper and dry white wine, to bring out the aroma and lend it character. Bright in colour, soft in texture. Mild in flavour.
