Reblochon de Savoie AOP Cheese

The Reblochon is very round, covered with a fine white "mousse" which casts a veil of softness over the very fine grain of its saffron-yellow rind. Sliced, it reveals a smooth and supple ivory-colored paste. On the palate, Reblochon reveals a subtle and velvety flavor.
